What if a product is damaged?

It is the policy of Mountains Within to ensure that the products are packaged carefully. If any damage during transportation occurs, please contact us at mountainswithin2024@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please call +91 9945471721. Our orders can often be shipped on the same day we receive them, so speaking with a MW representative before an order is shipped is the best way to cancel it. We do not accept cancellation requests via email. Our business hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

When will my order be shipped?

Within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order, our team typically processes  and ships in-stock merchandise.

How do I receive free shipping on my order?

Orders of total ₹2,000 or more before any applicable discounts or taxes are eligible for free regular ground shipping. Restrictions may apply to certain products.

Suppose I want to raise a specific instruction? How do I do that?

How do I change my email address, mailing address, or account information?

The process of updating your user account is very simple. Here are the steps:

How will I know if the items are in stock?

The “IN STOCK” icon on our website indicates that the item is in stock. A low-inventory item will be accompanied by the quantity left until it is out of stock. If you intend to order large quantities of one item, you might want to check for available quantities of that item by contacting us via phone (+91 9945471721) or email (mountainswithin2024@gmail.com).
